Flodesk has four plans: Free (forms and landing pages, no email sending), Lite from $25/mo, Pro from $28/mo and Everything from $54/mo. Since December 2, 2025 you pay by active subscribers, not a flat rate; sends stay unlimited. Lite stops at 25,000 subscribers, while Pro and Everything run to 255,000. Pro is only $3–$7 a month dearer than Lite, so for most people the real choice is Pro or Everything.

From the comparison table on Flodesk's pricing page, checked 2026-11-04; only rows where the plans differ. Every plan, Free included, gets audience segmentation, robust analytics, data exports (CSV), integrations, community access, customer support, world-class templates, custom fonts, personalized links, custom domains, link in bio, popup forms, embedded forms, hosted forms, landing pages. Seats: Lite 1, Pro 2, Everything 3. Integrations and API access come with every paid plan. Checkout works in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the Euro Area, through your own Stripe account.
Where Flodesk's own pages disagree
- Analytics: the plan cards sell "advanced analytics" as a Pro extra over Lite's "email analytics", but the comparison table ticks "Robust analytics" on every plan, Free included.
- "1 month free" on yearly billing: the FAQ says you pay for 11 months instead of 12 (8.3% off), but the price table gives 7.5% to 10.7%, and 24% on Lite at 1,000. Its worked example says Pro at 1,000 ($28 vs $25) saves $33 a year; the arithmetic gives $36.
- Selling on Pro: the pricing page shows "1 checkout" on Pro as a limited-time bonus, while the Products help article (edited November 2, 2026) says Pro can publish unlimited one-time products but only one sales page at a time. Subscriptions and payment plans are Everything-only in both.
How Flodesk billing works
- Who counts: only Active and Soft Bounced contacts. Unconfirmed, unsubscribed, bounced, spam-reporting, cleaned and archived contacts don't count.
- Going over: monthly plans move up a tier at the next billing date (no retroactive charge); yearly plans are charged a prorated difference monthly. Alerts arrive at 90%, 95% and 100%.
- Going under: monthly plans drop a tier at the next billing date, yearly plans at renewal. Switching plan type (say Pro to Lite) is manual.
- Refunds: after an auto-upgrade, within 30 days, if your cleaned list fits the previous tier (handled by support).
- Cancelling: you move to Free at the end of the cycle and lose sending, workflows and checkouts; on yearly billing, list growth before then can still trigger prorated charges.
- Legacy plans: anyone who started paying before December 2, 2025 keeps the old flat-rate plan while the subscription stays active.
Which plan should you pick?
- Free only to collect sign-ups before you send; it can't send a newsletter.
- Lite if you need just one welcome workflow and can live with the Flodesk footer and a single seat, and want the lowest price, especially yearly at 1,000 subscribers ($228 a year).
- Pro for most newsletters: unlimited workflows, no footer, one-time product sales, for a few dollars more than Lite.
- Everything for a paid newsletter or membership (subscriptions), payment plans or several sales pages.
- If price matters most, compare Flodesk alternatives or run the calculator with your list size.

FAQ
What are the Flodesk plans?
Free ($0: forms, landing pages and link in bio, but no email sending), Lite (from $25/mo, unlimited emails, up to 25,000 subscribers, 1 seat), Pro (from $28/mo, unlimited workflows, footer removal, selling one-time products, 2 seats) and Everything (from $54/mo, adds subscriptions, payment plans and unlimited sales pages, 3 seats). Pro and Everything have published tiers up to 255,000 subscribers.
How much does Flodesk cost per month?
At 1,000 subscribers: Lite $25, Pro $28, Everything $54 on monthly billing, or $19, $25 and $49 a month billed yearly. At 10,000: $72, $79 and $137. At 50,000 (Pro or Everything only): $389 or $527. Prices are in USD worldwide; sales tax may apply.
Is Flodesk still unlimited?
Sends are unlimited on every paid plan, but the price now depends on your active subscribers. The flat-rate unlimited plan was retired for new members on December 2, 2025. If you started paying before that date you keep your legacy plan as long as the subscription stays active.
What is the difference between Flodesk Lite and Pro?
Lite gives one workflow (as a limited-time bonus), 1 seat, a maximum of 25,000 subscribers and the Flodesk footer stays on. Pro adds unlimited workflows, footer removal, 2 seats, selling one-time products (checkout, upsells, discount codes) and a dedicated IP as an add-on. Pro costs only $3 to $7 a month more than Lite on monthly billing, and $6 more on yearly billing.
What does the Flodesk Everything plan add?
Everything is the only plan with subscriptions and payment plans (needed for a paid newsletter or membership), unlimited published sales pages and 3 seats. It costs $26 more than Pro at 1,000 subscribers and $138 more at 50,000. Flodesk adds no transaction fee; payments run through your own Stripe account, which charges its own fees.
Does Flodesk have a free plan?
Yes, but it can't send email. It covers forms, landing pages, link in bio, templates and segmentation with no subscriber limit. New accounts also get a free trial of all paid features with no credit card; when it ends you move to Free unless you pick a paid plan. Flodesk's pricing page doesn't state the trial length.
What happens if I go over my Flodesk subscriber tier?
You aren't cut off. On monthly billing Flodesk moves you to the next tier at your next billing date and doesn't charge retroactively; on yearly billing it charges a prorated difference monthly. You get alerts at 90%, 95% and 100% of your limit. Going over 25,000 on Lite moves you to Pro. If your list drops back after cleaning, support can refund an auto-upgrade within 30 days. Only Active and Soft Bounced contacts count.
Is Flodesk yearly billing really one month free?
Not exactly. The pricing page says yearly is "1 month free", paying for 11 months instead of 12, but the actual discount in its own price table is 7.5% to 10.7% (one month free would be 8.3%), and Lite at 1,000 subscribers is 24% off. Its example says Pro at 1,000 saves $33 a year; $28 × 12 − $300 is $36.
