MailerLite plans (2026): Free vs Comfort vs Power (ex-Growing Business and Advanced), price at every list size and when Power is cheaper
Last verified against official pricing pages · published 2 Nov 2026
Prices change often. Each price was checked on the platform's official pricing page on the date shown; plans, promos and taxes vary. Confirm on the official site before you buy. Not financial advice.
MailerLite sells four plans: Free ($0, up to 250 subscribers), Comfort (from $12/mo), Power (from $25/mo) and Enterprise (custom, above 200,000 subscribers). Comfort used to be called Growing Business and Power used to be Advanced; MailerLite renamed them on 16 June 2026. Power costs $13–$300 a month more than Comfort at the same list size, but if you email your list every weekday or daily, Power is often the cheaper plan because Comfort's send limit pushes you up to a bigger tier.
Growing Business and Advanced: what changed
- New names: Growing Business is now Comfort, Advanced is now Power. Free and Enterprise keep their names.
- New prices and limits: Comfort now has a send limit (10x your subscriber tier) and caps on active automations (50), forms (10), sites (10) and digital products (5). Power stays unlimited.
- More on Comfort: the preference center, smart sending and the AI writing assistant are now included.
- When it applies to you: at your next renewal or when you change plan yourself. You can't keep the old plan or the old price; existing discounts (including nonprofit) carry over. MailerLite: Moving to the new Comfort and Power plans
We don't show the old Growing Business and Advanced prices because we don't have an official copy of them. If a site quotes Growing Business at a price, check its date.

From the price table on MailerLite's pricing page, checked 2026-11-02; it matches our price data (checked 2026-10-27). There are 29 tiers from 500 to 200,000 subscribers; this table shows a selection. MailerLite counts every subscriber that was active at any point in the billing cycle (unsubscribed and bounced don't count), and raises your tier automatically when you pass the limit. Exact cost for your list and cheaper alternatives: the calculator.
Comfort or Power if you send often
Comfort lets you send 10x the top of your subscriber tier each month (up to 5,000 subscribers: 50,000 emails). When you hit that, MailerLite moves you up a tier so sending continues. Power has no monthly cap. So the more often you email, the sooner Power becomes the cheaper plan. MailerLite sending limits

Monthly USD prices. Our calculation: the Comfort price is the smallest Comfort tier whose 10x allowance covers your list times your sends; Power is the tier for your list. Example: 5,000 subscribers emailed daily need 150,000 sends a month, so Comfort means the 15,000 tier ($129) vs Power at $69. At 5,000 subscribers Power is cheaper from every weekday (22). Power's "unlimited" is subject to MailerLite's fair use policy.

Which plan should you pick?
- Free for a list under 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month, with MailerLite branding and no paid newsletters. Above 250 active subscribers sending locks. Details: MailerLite Free plan.
- Comfort for a newsletter that goes out up to about twice a week, with a few automations: it includes nearly every feature, including paid newsletters, custom domains and logo removal.
- Power if you send more often than Comfort's allowance covers (see the table above), need more than 3 seats, 50 automations, 10 forms or 10 sites, or want live chat support below 50,000 subscribers.
- Enterprise above 200,000 subscribers: custom price and sending volume, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and a dedicated IP and deliverability support listed on the pricing page.
Discounts, trial and plan changes
- Yearly billing: 10% off, paid once for 12 months; if you grow during the year you pay a pro-rated top-up. Monthly to yearly is immediate; yearly to monthly starts when the year ends. Plan and billing
- Nonprofit discount: 30% off any paid plan, for life, for registered nonprofits with proof. Doesn't stack with the yearly discount (the bigger one applies) and isn't retroactive. How to claim your nonprofit discount
- One discount at a time: coupon codes, yearly and nonprofit discounts don't combine.
- Free trial: 14 days of premium features for every new account, no credit card required.
- Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle; you can't downgrade from Power to Comfort while you're over Comfort's limits. If you cancel while over the Free limits, sending and imports are blocked once the plan ends.
- Over a Comfort limit: going over the send limit upgrades your tier automatically; going over an automation, form, site or product limit doesn't, but you can't create, activate or edit those items until you're back under it. Running items keep working. Feature use limits
Where MailerLite's own pages disagree
- Comfort sites: the comparison table lists "Websites: Limited to 10" and "Landing pages: Limited to 10" as separate rows, while the "Active websites & landing pages" row and both help articles say 10 combined.
- Live chat on Comfort: the comparison table says no 24/7 live chat on Comfort; the plans update article says Comfort has live chat on 50,000+ subscriber tiers, and the Comfort card switches to "Live chat & email support" from 50,000.

FAQ
What are the MailerLite plans?
Free ($0, up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month), Comfort (from $12 a month for 500 subscribers), Power (from $25 a month) and Enterprise (custom pricing above 200,000 subscribers). Comfort and Power have 29 price tiers from 500 to 200,000 subscribers and can be paid monthly or yearly (10% off).
What happened to the MailerLite Growing Business and Advanced plans?
MailerLite renamed them on 16 June 2026: Growing Business is now Comfort and Advanced is now Power, with new prices, new limits on Comfort and some features unlocked on Comfort. Existing accounts move to the new plan at their next renewal or when they change plan, and MailerLite says you can't keep the old plan or lock in the old price.
What is the difference between MailerLite Comfort and Power?
Comfort has a send limit of 10x your subscriber tier per month, 3 seats, 50 active automations, 10 forms, 10 sites and 5 digital products, and email support. Power has unlimited sending (fair use), seats, automations, forms, sites and products, multiple automation triggers, partner discounts and 24/7 live chat. Power costs $13–$300 a month more at the same list size.
Is MailerLite Power cheaper than Comfort for frequent senders?
It can be. When you reach Comfort's send limit, MailerLite upgrades you to a higher tier. At 5,000 subscribers a daily newsletter (30 a month) needs 150,000 sends, which on Comfort means the 15,000-subscriber tier at $129 a month, while Power at 5,000 subscribers is $69 with no send cap. The table on this page shows where the switch happens.
How much is MailerLite per month?
Monthly billing, USD: at 1,000 subscribers Comfort is $19 and Power $39; at 10,000 Comfort $89 and Power $129; at 50,000 Comfort $319 and Power $389. Yearly billing is 10% less. MailerLite says taxes may apply.
Does MailerLite have a nonprofit discount?
Yes, 30% off any paid plan for registered nonprofits. Choose Nonprofit as your industry when you sign up, then send proof to support. It doesn't combine with the 10% yearly discount (the larger one applies) and isn't applied to past payments.
Does MailerLite have a free trial?
Every new account gets 14 days of premium features, and MailerLite says no credit card is required. After the trial, those features switch off unless you upgrade; your data stays.
Can I downgrade from Power to Comfort?
Yes, but not while you are above Comfort's limits (for example more than 50 active automations); MailerLite tells you which items to deactivate first. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and a cancelled plan drops to Free.
