FAQ

What are the GetResponse plans?

Five: Free ($0, up to 500 contacts and 2,500 newsletters a month), Starter (from $19/mo), Marketer (from $59/mo), Creator (from $69/mo) and Enterprise (custom price, formerly called MAX). Starter, Marketer and Creator come in 7 list sizes from 1,000 to 100,000 contacts, and every paid plan has unlimited email sends.

How much is GetResponse per month?

Monthly billing, USD, for 1,000 contacts: Starter $19, Marketer $59, Creator $69. For 10,000: $79, $114 and $134. For 100,000: $539, $599 and $690. Paying for 12 months upfront takes 18% off. Prices are net, so VAT or sales tax can be added.

What is the difference between GetResponse Starter and Marketer?

Starter allows 1 custom automation workflow, 3 users and only 3 uses of the AI generators. Marketer adds unlimited workflows, contact tagging and scoring, abandoned cart and ecommerce tools, sales funnels, web push, live chat, paid ads, A/B testing, Perfect timing and Time travel, and up to 5 users. It costs $35–$60 a month more depending on list size.

Is GetResponse Creator worth it over Marketer?

Creator adds the website builder, webinars, courses and paid (premium) newsletters with a 0% GetResponse fee (Stripe's own fees still apply). At 1,000–2,500 contacts it costs only $10 a month more than Marketer, rising to $91 at 100,000. If you want to sell a newsletter or host webinars it's the cheapest GetResponse plan that does it.

Is GetResponse free?

Yes, there is a Free plan for up to 500 contacts and 2,500 newsletters a month with no card required. The first 14 days include premium features; after that you can still send newsletters, but not autoresponders or automations, and the GetResponse badge stays on every email.

What happens if I go over my GetResponse list size?

If an import would take you over, GetResponse offers an upgrade. If contacts arrive another way (forms, API, integrations), it charges a list extension fee at the end of the billing cycle: the price difference to the plan that fits, every month you stay over, even on yearly billing. Above 100,000 contacts on Starter, Marketer or Creator it's $4 for every 1,000 contacts added.

How much is GetResponse Enterprise (MAX)?

GetResponse doesn't publish Enterprise prices; you book a demo for a quote. Enterprise adds SMS (including 5,000 free SMS), transactional emails, mobile push, a dedicated IP and sending domain, single sign-on and phone or Slack support, and can be billed monthly, yearly or every 24 months. A 30-day Pilot Program lets you test it.

Does GetResponse have a nonprofit discount?

Yes. GetResponse's pricing page offers charities and NGOs 50% off every monthly plan, so Marketer at 1,000 contacts would be $29.50 a month. Compare other platforms in our nonprofit discounts guide.
