Klaviyo prices Email by active profiles: profiles that can be emailed. Shoppers who gave an email at checkout without marketing opt-in can still count; suppressed (and help: profiles suppressed from email) do not (<a href="https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/24263920096027" rel="noopener">active profile help</a>, <a href="https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000976672" rel="noopener">billing help</a>, <a href="https://www.klaviyo.com/pricing" rel="noopener">pricing</a>).
